Who it is for
Punch Card is for parents and other adults, 18 and over. It is not for children, and it is not built for them to use.
What you post is public
Anything you post and the name you post under can be seen by anyone. Do not post children's names, photos, schools, addresses, phone numbers or anything else that could identify your family. We do not accept images at all.
Every post is checked before it goes live, by automatic rules and an automated classifier, and some posts wait for a person to review them. We may remove any post. Posts that several readers report are hidden until we look at them.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you let anyone read, copy and use your prompt, and you let us show it on Punch Card.
Prompts are ideas, not advice
The prompts are starting points to paste into an AI you choose. Check what the AI tells you. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice, and anything that involves paying, signing or messaging someone is up to you.
What we keep
- No accounts or passwords. When you post or report, we set one cookie holding a random device id, so your name shows on your posts and we can stop spam.
- Your posts and reports, tied to that random id.
- Anonymous counts of how often each prompt is copied (the "Used" number on each card). To count each copy once and to limit abuse, we keep a scrambled, salted version of your IP address for up to two days. We never store the address itself.
- The "Fill in your family once" box (kids' ages, town, foods to avoid) never leaves your browser. It is saved only on your device and only used to fill in prompts before you copy them.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track individuals. No ads and no other trackers, and we do not sell anything about you. The text of a new post is sent to TypeSafe, our moderation provider, to check it before it goes live.
Removing your posts
Ask and we will remove a post or your name. Write to Wonderade at hello@wonderade.us.
